Where is my order?We’ll send you an email as soon as your order is on the way. Orders are despatched within three working days Âsubject to availability. How will I know my order has been dispatchedWe’ll send you an email as soon as your order is on its way. We may deliver items separately if one or more of the item you requested is out of stock.

Can I cancel or change my order?Once an order has been successfully placed, there is a short window in which you are able to cancel or amend your order. This is because Into The Horse's Eye will start preparing orders without delay. In the event that you wish to cancel the order, please email info@intothehorseseye.com

The item I ordered is out of stock, when will it be available?Into The Horse's Eye sometimes has limited stock supply. This means that occasionally products may be out of stock but not for long. We’ll always do our best to bring the item back to stock as soon as possible. If you are interested in a particular product please email info@intothehorseseye.com to request a product, or an alert for when it comes back into stock

How do I pay for my order?Into The Horse's Eye accepts all major credit cards, Paypal and Apple Pay through a secured payment system. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. We are unable to accept bank transfer and cash payments. All payments are independently processed through third-party services. Into The Horse's Eye does not collect any payment information – such as credit card details – but only receives a notification once the payment has been successfully completed. If a payment fails or is refused by the payment service provider, Into The Horse's Eye is under no obligation to fulfil the purchase order.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?Into The Horse's Eye has high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect or damaged item. Please email info@intothehorseseye.com with the details and we will resolve it. Are Into The Horses Products dishwasher safe?All products are dishwasher safe however to preserve the longevity of the product we would recommend hand washing where possible

If I buy more than one item will they be exactly the same?Into The Horse's Eye only sell products of the highest quality. However, because they are handmade there may be some variation in form, colour and size in items of the same category (for example bowl). This adds to the uniqueness of each product. Please note that whilst we try to ensure that the display of colour is accurate on the website, screen colours colours may vary from the actual colour of the product depending on the screen used.
